If the purchased credits are not displayed in your account balance (top left), please wait a few minutes and check whether you have received a payment confirmation from the Google Play Store (the iTunes Store will send your payment confirmation at the end of the month). If you have not received a payment confirmation the payment has not gone through.


In the unlikely event that you have received a payment confirmation but credits haven’t been added to your account please contact our Customer Support via the ‘Report Error’ form in Settings.
